May 19, 2006We got up at 8am… which is WAY WAY early for us….
Today was a big day… Ashton is recording a session for XM Radio which will air on XM 50 The Loft in July… By waking up at 8 it allowed him and his voice to be well awake by then.
Played a little Hot Shots Fore golf and headed in where we were greeted by Music Director for The Loft, Kate Bradley… We loaded in our gear and started setting up.
Kate, The Loft’s Program Director Mike Marrone, and session engineer Q were incredible to us… so welcoming, fun, and nice. Ashton recorded an hours worth of music and talk which was so fun and loose…. I won’t post the set list… you’ll just have to listen in July!!
Scott Stapp from Creed was also there doing a session.
This was probably one of the most fun events all tour long… I just cant thank everybody at XM enough for being so great to us! We can’t wait to come back! Check the on air dates below!!
