09/03/06 – Tour Update – Richmond, VA (day off)

Woke up at about 10:30 and ran some errands around town with Ashton. Then headed back to the hotel to catch up on a lot of admin work.  Scheduling, booking, organizing… that will fill up our 2 days off with little time to spare! Watched some PGA golf and then grabbed a late dinner at Friday’s before winding down for the night.  While at TGI Friday’s, I heard The Verve Pipe’s “The Freshmen” on the radio…  I always get excited when I hear The Verve Pipe or Billy Joel in a public place!  Yep i AM a dork like that…   then ventured back to the Super 8. It’s always nice to set up camp for a few days.
