We hit the road for the 2nd long haul of the week.. about 400 miles to Columbus, OH.  The guys stayed at a hotel in Columbus, and Ash & I stayed with our friends Tiff, Duke, and their 2 year old son Jackson.  We had a great time and it was a blast hanging with them again. I haven’t seen them in a year!  My back, still sore was bugging me… Jenny suggested some back stretches which I’m starting to try.
