02/28/06 – Highland, MI – Recovery DAY 1!

I slept hardly anything last night and woke up at the drop of a pin here at the hospital…  nurses coming in and out and what not…

I was released around noon today and ready to get home… I’m in pain so I’m quite crabby…  Got home and headed upstairs to my room, hunched over…. though the set up in the bed just didn’t work for me… pain and discomfort were the buzzwords!

Talked with Jenny tonight… my friends Mike, Brian, Sabrina, and Berg checked in which was nice…

my sister, Jeni came by to visit which was a really cool suprise… I’m still hurting and in tons of discomfort and so not able to sleep much… but i’m trying to keep perspective…. I am, however, gonna try and sleep here….  i’m down in the den of the house in a recliner for a while… it’ll be better than the bed for now!
