09/17/06 – Tour Update – Elgin / Schaumburg, IL (day off)

Ashton dropped Devin and I off at the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg IL to spend the day… we parted ways early and I ended up hanging at the mall a bit before walking about a half a mile to the Lowes movie theatre to see Invincible (the new Mark Whalberg movie). It was the 2:20 and pretty decent.  I’m a fan of his work so I did enjoy it and the story.

I then walked a bout a mile and a half to the Tower Records and then back to the mall.  I think i walked a good 5 miles today… but didn’t eat, so the exercise was good.. I was weak and faint feeling.   I picked up some Boston Market and ate that back at the hotel. before relaxing and talking to Jenny for a while.  I get to go home to her in just 5 days and I can not wait!!

I’m so tired though.. It’s 1:30am and the only thing that has kept me up is updating this blog.  Tomorrow @ Schubas in Chicago, we have a HUGE show with my friends Brian Vander Ark (the verve pipe) and Peter Bradley Adams (whom toured with us for 2 weeks). I’m really excited to enjoy that show!
